Our Drilling Operations will normally have both on site and off site Operational Management.A “Company man” will be located on site and to provide hands on management while an OC Project management will provide remote Operational oversight and liaison with client personnel.
As the lead on site manager our well site supervisor will liaise with Project managers, service coordinators logistics managers and engineers to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Our Supervisors have experience in 74 countries we will endeavour to create a Team with genuine local field knowledge and experience. Whatever the local needs we will create a team which delivers a holistic solution mitigating NPT, delivering a safe working environment, ensuring the project is managed professionally with integrated management systems and integrated Vproject coordination
